What happened
[REDACTED] approached [REDACTED] and took note of the full glass storm door with a large dog behind it. [REDACTED] went up the porch to deliver the mail and the dog hit the door handle and the door came open. [REDACTED] quickly moved away from the door and put his satchel between the dog and him. Customer came and grabbed the dog to get it away from the carrier at that point dog bit him on the right forearm piercing skin and drew blood.
