On the morning of [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] employee was attempting to open an APC and as she was lifting the shelf it fell back down and smashed her middle and ring fingers. When she took the glove off her middle finger was bleeding and hurting to the point she couldn 't move it. She walked to find my supervisor to tell her what just happen.
