Carrier while delivering an amazon package on [REDACTED] to [REDACTED] at approx [REDACTED] a medium size black dog came from his blind spot while passing the package to the owner growled and bit carrier on his right hip as he had turned. Owner grabbed the dog and brought it inside while carrier returned to his vehicle. Animal control was notified the dog was current on his shots and the carrier did have their spray but did not deploy it. and delivery was not curtailed.
