Loading a truck with a motorized hand jack employee stepped on the plate of the truck which was unstable and caused her to throw her knee back to keep her balance.

On [REDACTED] MH on tour 1 at [REDACTED] injured her knee while loading a truck. As she entered the truck with the motorized hand jack in front of her she stepped on to the plate of the truck and it was not stable which caused her to throw her knee back to keep her balance. While it initially caused her some discomfort she did not think it was cause for alarm and continued with her work shift as well as all of her other scheduled shifts for the rest of the week. However as time went on she realized that she started to feel pain and on [REDACTED] after her scheduled shift she visited an urgent care and was told by the doctor that she has a sprained knee and ankle.
