What happened
I closed one portion of a GP to engage the safety chain and attempted to do the same with the other. It would not close due to being a bit out of alignment. Usually with a bit of effort you can get them aligned to close them and engage the safety chain. While pulling the steel frame to the right with my left arm I attempted to match the gate up with my right arm. In doing so I felt something give along the upper left side of my rib cage.
