Employee stated that when she returns back to work that she was placing a package in RFS area she placed the package on the floor and as she proceeded to stand up she stood up and hit the top of her head really hard on the fire extinguisher. A clerk asked if the employee hit her head she said yes. She clocked out saying she had a severe headache immediately after. Her head is tender to the touch. Employee notified management [REDACTED].
