Early in the [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] an employee contacted supervisor to give a delivery update on how he was doing on the route and at that point he did not mention anything was wrong with him. When he returned from the street to the office after he completed his route around [REDACTED] he then approached supervisor again while he was unloading on the dock and made a statement: I 'm sorry I am slow I could have had a heat related incident out there or it just could be stress from doing the route.
