What happened
On [REDACTED] CCA was delivering mail at approximately [REDACTED] to [REDACTED] when her ankle rolled as she was walking to make the delivery which caused her to fall to the ground. She did not report it until she got back to the station at which point she notified Supervisor about the incident but she felt fine and was not seeking medical attention at that time. The following day she texted both Supervisor to notify us that her right ankle was extremely swollen and she needed to seek medical attention.
