I was delivering mail on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] delivering my business walking suite to [REDACTED] and lost my footing and started tripping and tried to catch myself and completely fell. I injured my right knee right wrist and chin. I sat there for a minute and whipped my chin. Continued to deliver my business. I got to my truck and called my supervisor .
