Working delivering package to door of house. Uneven pavement was unseen as employee was carrying large package.
What happened
On [REDACTED] on RT 52 was delivering a large package to the door. As he was walking to the front door the sidewalk was uneven tripped and fell on his Right knee Left arm and face. His knee and face got bruised and scratched and says he has pain in his left arm due to the fall. He thought he was fine on [REDACTED] and refused medical attention. However on [REDACTED] the following day he felt like it was not getting better and asked for medical treatment.
