What happened
On [REDACTED] I was unloading a trailer on the north dock. While unloading i moved behind a crabcage to push it off the truck. the cage wasn 't very heavy at all but when i returned to the truck to of-load the next cage whilst exerting force to push the cage my right wrist started to tense up and ache. My right wrist felt weak due to me not being able to push past the pain I felt. This happend at [REDACTED] I went to another employee explained what happend and asked for ice. He gave me ice I went on break and I still continued not to feel well so i sought out another employee at [REDACTED].
