What happened
Employee was loading Apps 2 side 2. They put a box in the dumper and backed out with electric pallet jack to pick up another box. At the same time another employee was backing out from Apps [REDACTED] side 2 with the forklift after dropping a box of mail off. As employee reversed he looked over his back right shoulder at the same time employee was backing up in his blind spot. Employee was reversed into and left ankle was rolled up under back side of forklift. Employee pulled forward off of other employee 's ankle and assisted them until SDO 's were called over immediately. Employee is experiencing pain from left knee and left ankle.
