Injured employee and another PSE were working in the bullpen. While the other employee was sorting a package to the correct container the package hit injured employee in the head. Injured employee reported it to management and pointed out the package that she was struck with. Supervisor verified that the package was lightweight and injured employee claimed she had a concussion and went to the ER
