At [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Slowed and Stopped at a red light when the other driver slammed into the back for the Postal Truck 0224830. Another postal carrier [REDACTED] that was traveling on the same [REDACTED] called and reported to Supervisor [REDACTED] who was the first on the scene. The employee was taken to the hospital for neck and back injuries. All required and necessary paperwork will be completed and filled out when the employee returns from the hospital.
