Employee was bringing in a pallet of boxes.

Employee was notified of an issue with the taper in the box-making machine they on line 2. The employee immediately reacted and opened the front doors on the machine to correct the issue. After opening the front doors the employee stuck their left hand in the vicinity of the taper. At that same time the machine advanced and pushed a box into their hand making their hand contact the cutting blade on the unit.
