What happened
Employee had just finished ungowning and was going to hang her gown up on the rack. As she was walking to the rack she slipped on the pant leg of her gown that was dragging on the floor and started to fall forward while doing the spits. Employee slide forward and caught herself mid fall and regained her balanced and stood back up. As she was standing back up she felt pain in her inner upper thigh.
