On [REDACTED] I was working with a patient in room 303 cl4eaning up from an incontinent episode. Ater i completed task i came out of room and my shoulder began to throb and burn with intense pain that brought tears to my eyes. I completed my shift in pain. on my days off i went to my pt appointment still in intense pain that continued threw my days off. i called off my next 2 shifts do to pain. i returned to work and the pain continued. Upon my return to work the pain has not stopped and i am filling a report
