What happened
I was cleaning dirty instruments from a surgical case; they we covered in bioburden. A sharp Senn 's Retractor had snagged onto my glove when I went to pull it off of my glove it ended up pricking the back of my right pointer finger. it did break the skin and it was bleeding. Right after I had removed my PPE and washed my hands and sanitized then I notified my manager and employee health.
