While a ramp agent was being transported to the restroom the operator of the tug went over a bump or uneven part of the road The ramp agent in the passenger seat got bumped up and she slid off of the tug She hit the ground left side of her body first Immediately she felt pain in her left ankle A witness to the incident third part employee called the airport medical team and an ambulance picked her up to transport her to be checked on Ramp agent tried to refuse medical attention but she could not walk let alone put any weight on her ankle
