WHILE STEPPING OFF THE LAST STEP AND TURNED TO AVOID THE ORANGE CONE IN FRONT OF THE STEP AND THE HARNESS RETRACT LOCKED CAUSING ME TO STEP ON THE EDGE OF THE BASE OF THE CONE TWISTED MY RIGHT ANKLE AND HITTING MY LEFT SKIN ON THE TOW AR OF THE B1 STAND.
