Employee was unloading a trailer of empty baskets trays and one fell from the top of the stack and struck him in the back of his head approx. 2 feet from the top of stack. The employee fell during impact he was checked upon by another employee in his working area to see if his head was alright and not bleeding afterwards the injured employee collapsed.
