Before the incident
Left hand made contact with a spinning grinding wheel while adjusting wheel while adjusting the wheel dresser. The employee did check the wheel however they observed that it was not spinning this was not the case
What happened
A 1 x 1 4 deep abrasion occurred limited bleeding. Urgent care visit cleaned and stiched the wound. Soreness the day after but no restrictions beyond keeping it dry and clean
