Before the incident
Employee was inside grain elevator and reached up to grab the handle to close the inner door with left hand. Employee realized the outer door had already began closing by the customer.

The elevator closed on employee 's right hand which wasn 't being used to close the door. The outside door met together at the middle and crushed employee 's middle fingers in between the doors
