An eye-up coil fell over sideways inside the Hatch. Lift driver was about to attempt to stand it back upright using straps. Swingmen was helping by putting a small wooden block under the coil. Holdmen inside hatch was also trying to help by putting a 4 x 4 wood on top of the coil. During the attempt the coil began turning and the swingmen was hit by the 4 x 4 wood on his back falling to the ground on his wrist and knees.
