What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] while working on the Kultus Cove [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] had received a laceration to the inside of his right forearm. The operation consists of discharging steel plates and coils. [REDACTED] was working his way around one of the steel plates to bring a chain underneath it to be able to hoist the plate out of the hatch and toward the dock. While [REDACTED] was bringing the chain around the plate he caught the corner of a plate and ended up cutting his forearm open. Treatment was given to [REDACTED] with band aids and gauze wraps to stop the bleeding. [REDACTED] did not take an LS1 form and decided to go back to work.
