EE was taking a beam from west [REDACTED] to the storage yard. Due to the uneven ground surfaces the beam slid partially off center from the forks. EE stopped the forklift and attempted to manually push the beam back to the center of the forks. It was then he lost his footing striking his left shoulder on the beam flange.
