Driver worked in the [REDACTED] yard [REDACTED] and now traveling back home to be on call for the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] The driver was on [REDACTED] driving by [REDACTED] in [REDACTED] 3rd party driver was on the onramp heading into [REDACTED] The driver said the 3rd party looked like he was going 80 mph in a 60mph speed limit 3rd party drove in front of the driver into the B line then into the left lane and hit a citizen driver causing the 3rd party to spin out and go into the concrete median and flip 6 times on the highway in front of the driver leaving debris from the car everywhere on [REDACTED] The driver slammed on his brakes got out of the car in the middle of the highway ran to the 3rd car to check on the driver and rolled his right ankle stepping on a piece of the car that was on the ground The driver went to the emergency room to get checked doctor told him that his right ankle had a slight avulsive irregularity malleolus
