Coming back to get stop 8 ready and pallet jack it to the stop Its raining hard Went to go into freezer to grab the case The freezer area was wet Leaning down to grab cases and slipped and fall backwards in trailer Felt fine getting up than continual to work Did the hotel stop and felt good Went to do stop 9 and had to back into the alley and turned right and felt a pull in his middle neck of the back than on the sides When he goes to turn to look out the mirror to see left and right it hurts Pain is 710 when turning his head Freezer part one on the bulkhead Two pallets on the right side Not that much room to move around Electric [REDACTED] was bringing in rain to the ground 35ft trailer Whole right side is empty for him to walk through Pouring Rain
