Employee was trying to place a board under a sheet of lead to raise it up high enough for a forklift to get under it and remove it off the router table.

Parts had been cut out of the lead and employee stuck his hand in a hole in the lead to try and place a board under it. While placing the board the board fell over and sheet lead fell on employee 's right hand.

There were lacerations to employee 's right index and ring fingers.

Employee was trying to remove scrap from the router table. He tried to place wood under the scrap to allow it to be picked up and the scrap fell cutting his right middle and ring fingers.
