Cleaning out center wing fuel bay

Hawker [REDACTED] cleaning out center wing fuel bay with headlamp- finished performing cleaning and exited fuel bay. Put hat on when on hands and knees on top of headlamp. Reached underneath plane and leaned forward to grab more towels and leaned into the RH landing gear door (employee was facing the back of the aircraft and hit head on front edge of door.) Hat went up and head went down. 3-4 inches
