What happened
EE was on a Order Picker at A Locator in [REDACTED] Warehouse pulling a job. EE pulled a clamshell bin that was being kept closed by a blue cable tie that needed to be removed. EE did not use approved cutting tool and instead pulled a personal pocketknife from her pocket to cut the cable tie. While putting force on the knife trying to cut the cable tie the knife slipped and blade contact EE left pal resulting in a laceration requiring sutures.
