laying up a block to run through spreader.
What happened
employee was laying veneer that was covered in dust and debris. It flew up into the fan and back down into the right side of the employees face behind their glasses. Right eye got a wood chip caught. Employee flushed eye for 10 minutes. The wood did not clear their eye. At lunch tried eye drops and did not help. After lunch went to HR since leader & backup leader were both off.
