What happened
The employee was cleaning her work station at the end of the day by sweeping up on the Concentric line. She finished sweeping and then used an airline to clean off her clothes and apron. After cleaning herself off she felt something in her eye. She went to a coworker to see if they could see anything in her eye and they said it looked like an eye lash. The employees line lead told her to go to the eye wash and flush it. The employee flushed their eye for 5 mins and then went home for the day thinking if there was something in her eye then it was now out. The incident was not reported to anyone in management that day. She returned to work the [REDACTED] with discomfort. We flushed her eye for 15 mins and she still felt something moving around in the eye lid so we took her to the occupational clinic. The doctor was able to remove a white spec from her eye and when they put the drops of stain in her eye and shined the black light on it there was an abrasion to her eye that required antibi
