Signaling crane operator.

[REDACTED] crane was being used to remove the tracks of the Kobelco [REDACTED]. Employee was preparing the rigging on the Kobelco tracks and signaling the operator of the [REDACTED]. The block on the [REDACTED] was swinging as the crane walked forward due to the amount of cable out. At some point the motion of the block dislodged the shackle pin which fell to the ground. Moments later the employee fell from the ladder he was standing on.
