What happened

On [REDACTED] Shop truck and the GSE manager were called to inspect a vehicle ([REDACTED]) which was involved in an accident. Upon arrival to the it was noticed that a ramp agent who was connecting the water hose to the aircraft was injured. The driver of the water truck stated that the water started spilling on to the front of the truck and once he went to roll the window up the truck started rolling back and hit a lower deck loader. Upon movement of the truck the employee that was on the back of the truck walking platform fell causing an injury to his left elbow. The driver stated that the truck was chocked and parking break was on during the operation. The water truck was removed from service and a safety inspection was completed by the GSE shop which passed.
