SHE HAD A TRASH BAG SITTING ON THE SEAT IN FRONT OF HER AND WHEN SHE WENT TO PICK UP THE TRASH BAG ONE OF THE KITS SLIDE FORWARD AND HIT HER IN THE BACK OF THENECK AND HEAD.
