What happened
Employee was replacing a roll of cardboard on a bracket which is located on the wall in the Pickle house. They placed a dowl rod down the center of the cardboard roll and tilted the roll over a little bit to the right. Then they grasped the other end of the tube that was closest to the floor and tried to lift the roll of cardboard up while holding onto the cardboard roll with their right hand. Employee felt a sharp pain in their left side going to the back.
