Employee was preforming the cleaning cycle of parts by dipping them in a series of chemical and rinse tanks prior to the plating operation
What happened
When the employee was lifting the parts up out of the HF acid tank high enough to were the parts were out of the solution his hands were positioned above his head a small amount of acid was on his work glove that dripped from the glove and fell under his shirt sleeve landing on his forearm.
