Before the incident
Throwing batteries into the rack at rawfield and I was throwing batteries to the left side of me.
What happened
When I was throwing the batteries in I slipped at the end of the pad and my ancle went into the rack and I fell backwards and hit my back on the edge of the rack. My ribs my lower back and my ancle. Having to work as fast and throwing batteries having to bend over.
