THE EE WAS CHECKING PEOPLE IN AT THE TICKET COUNTER WHEN SHE INFORMED A FEW PASSENGERS THAT THE FLIGHT WAS CLOSED. ONE OF THE PASSENGERS GOT UPSET AND STRUCK THE EE ON THE BRIDGE OF HER NOSE WITH A PLASTIC FILE HOLDER. THE EE SUSTAINED A LACERATION TO HER NOSE.
