Shortly after starting up mill [REDACTED] was securing adjusting wiper behind small OD Coating box. While adjusting wiper he pinched his finger between wiper and box causing laceration to the end of his left middle finger. I called [REDACTED] who spoke with the clinic and the clinic advised him to send him to the emergency room.
