What happened
[REDACTED] was wrapping the slit coils with steel banding at the [REDACTED] exit. The banding continuously slips off of the right side of a slit coil pack when the coils are large sizes. He fed the steel banding around the coil and noticed that it was beginning to slide off the edge. [REDACTED] reached with his right hand exposing his right wrist and made contact with the sharp edge of the banding. The banding punctured his wrist creating a cut about 2 in length. [REDACTED] was taken to the first aid room where [REDACTED] wrapped his wrist with gauze then he notified [REDACTED]
