Going to work on a machine that had a jam.
What happened
Reamer was stuck behind injector plate causing a jam on the runner. In an effort to clear the jam the technician stuck his left thumb to hold the puller up while making a switch by hand. The technician then hit the eject forward switch which caused runner to release stored energy and shoot upwards.
