What happened
While Ms. [REDACTED] was entering building 2 to go through the security check point she tripped over a rug and hit her head mouth and left knee. One of her front teeth broke from hitting her mouth. She was taken to Amazon Medical but there was no examination performed. She was then instructed to call the nurse hotline which she did and received paperwork to go to a nearby clinic. However with the icy weather conditions that clinic is closed. She will go to the clinic at her first opportunity
