[REDACTED] WAS INSTALLING SLIDES INTO A CABINET AND HE WENT TO SLIDE THE SLIDE INTO THE FRONT CLIP. THE SLIDE DIDN 'T MOVE BUT HIS RIGHT HAND DID MOVE AND WAS CAUGHT ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE SLIDE HARDWARE; LACERATING THE TOP OF HIS MIDDLE AND RING FINGERS.
