Employee was rebuilding cavities and showing the new guy where the dowel pins and bolt holes were at. the insert of the cavity slipped out of his grip and he tried to catch it before it hit the floor. He cupped the insert between his wrist and the palm of his hand. the sharp edge of the insert cut his wrist. The injury was on his right wrist.
