EE working under a conveyor on Line 4 while inspecting equipment needing to be fabricated due to a can kickoff error. He was on his hands and knees under a conveyor when he felt a popping sensation on the outside of his right foot. Once standing up the employee felt discomfort and experienced difficulty walking. He reported the incident immediately.
