Before the incident
Attempting to remove a stainless steel screw that had seized due to galling.
What happened
While drilling the head off of the screw the drill bit went through the hole and into the space on the other side where the employee 's hand was holding a wrench. The drill bit made contact with the glove being worn twisting it and causing his hand to make contact with the drill bit.

Small laceration on the top of the left hand requiring three (3) stitches along with some bruising.
