What happened
The team member was working in long parts operating a pallet jack. The way they were standing on the pallet jack their left hand was on the throttle and right hand on the grab bar. As they came to a stop they stepped off of the pallet jack backwards with their right foot first. As their foot touched the floor and they put weight on it they felt a pop in their right calf. The immediate pain was described as a pain similar to cramping.
