What happened
The team member was breaking down LTLs. This process involves grabbing a wood pallet placing it onto the floor and downstacking doors onto it from another pallet. They grabbed an empty pallet off of a stack and as they lowered it they felt a pop in their left shoulder. Their arm went limp and their shoulder immediately began to throb.
